hello, I use cyclone [seq] for reading midifiles, but there is another object in developement, made by Martin peach.

If you are using cyclone [seq], the the object [midiparse] will be usefull for "demultiplexing" the output of [seq], I will let you know if I make a patch that makes [seq] easier to use.

you need to install this library:

for using [seq]

Or install the extended version of pure data.
